The Group's principal activities are managing, owning and developing of senior living facilities which provide accommodation and/or care to individuals primarily in the over 70 years demographics in retirement village or aged care facility configurations. It has in four business segments: retirement segment includes the operation of retirement villages, aged care segment includes the operation of aged care facilities including hostels and nursing homes, development segment includes the development and sale of senior living facilities or units and corporate segment which is the costs incurred in the head office. The Group operates in Australia and New Zealand.
