The Group's principal activity is providing integrated property solutions. It operates through five business segments: Retail; Communities; Public Private Partnerships (PPP); Investment Management; and Project Management and Construction. Retail includes retail property management, asset management and development. Communities includes developing large scale master-planned urban communities, inner city apartments and senior living. PPP includes managin and investing equity in large PPP projects. Investment Management includes providing real estate investment management services. Project Management and Construction includes providing construction, project management and design services through Bovis Lend Lease (Bovis). Operations are carried out in Asia Pacific, Americas and Europe.
