It operates in five segments: Residential Furnishings derives its revenues from components for bedding, furniture and other furnishings. Commercial Fixturing and Components derives its revenues from retail store fixtures, displays, storage and material handling systems and components for office furniture. Industrial Materials derives its revenues from drawn steel wire, specialty wire products and welded steel tubing. Specialized Products derives its revenues from the automotive components industry, specialized machinery and equipment, and van interiors. The trademarks of the Group include SEMI-FLEX, LOK-Fast, Schukra, Patternlink, Masterack and others. The Group's international operations are located in Canada, Europe, Mexico and Asia. |
