| The Group's principal activities are designing, manufacturing and supplying interior systems and components for automobiles and light trucks. The Group operates through two segments. The Seating segment manufactures, assembles and supplies vehicle-seating requirements. The Electronic and Electrical segment manufactures electronic products and electrical distribution systems, primarily wire harnesses, wireless systems and interior control systems. The major customers of the Group are General Motors, Ford, Daimler-Chrysler, BMW, PSA, Fiat, Volkswagen, Renault-Nissan, Mazda, Toyota, Subaru and Hyundai. The Group operates in the United States, Europe, Central America, South Africa and Asia. |
