The objective of the Group is to achieve long term capital growth in real terms and steadily increasing income. Investment management services are provided by Henderson Global Investors Ltd for a fee of 0.25% per annum of the average portfolio value, excluding cash. During 2007, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Delaware Corporate Services Inc. |
