The Group's principal activity is to own and operate the Venetian Casino Resort, the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas and the Sands Macao Casino in Macao, China. It is also in the process of developing two additional casino resorts, the Palazzo Casino Resort and the Macao Venetian Casino Resort. It has also entered into certain agreements to develop gaming properties in the United Kingdom and exploring other gaming entertainment opportunities in Asia, Europe and the United States. Trademarks of the Group are 'Sands', 'Venetian' and 'Palazzo'.
