The Company operates in three segments: Hotels and resort development, which is engaged in provision of hotel services and resort development; Property development, which is engaged in development of residential and commercial properties, and Engineering, which is engaged in provision of engineering services. The Company operates in Malaysia. On May 2, 2008, Primary Gateway Sdn. Bhd. (PGSB), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, acquired the remaining 26% interest in Bintan Treasure Bay Pte. Ltd. The Company’s subsidiaries include Landmarks Hotels & Realty Sdn. Bhd., Landmarks Engineering & Development Sdn. Bhd., Ikatan Perkasa Sdn. Bhd. and Fokus Asas Sdn. Bhd.
