The Group's principal activities are developing property and managing portfolio of offices, shops, retail warehouses, food superstores and leisure throughout the United Kingdom together with property outsourcing. It consists of three main business units, Retail, London Portfolio and Property Outsourcing. Retail includes shopping centres, retail warehouses, shops outside London, shops held through the Metro Shopping Fund Limited Partnership, regional offices and sundry other regional properties. London Portfolio includes all London offices and retail, but excludes those assets held in Metro Shopping Fund Limited Partnership. Property Outsourcing provides property financing, facilities services, capital projects delivery,estate strategy and asset management, and provision of new space.
