The title insurance business offers title search and examination services and offers closing protection letters to lenders and owners. Its title underwriting subsidiaries are Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation and Transnation Title Insurance Company. The real estate transaction services are offered to national and regional mortgage lending community through the Group's LandAmerica One Stop operations.
