It operates two business segments, Footwear and Accessories, and Homeware Accessories. It has three divisions, Private Label, Brands and Orient. Private Label concentrates on product design and technical innovation. Brands is a footwear brand developer. Orient imports one of the collections of home accessories in the United Kingdom such as lighting, soft furnishings, bedding, bathroom textiles, decorative items and kitchen accessories. On 09-Sep-2005, the Group disposed of Lambert Howarth Portugal Produtos Em Pele Ceramicas, Vidro E Texteis Lda.
