The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and market furniture. It operates in 3 segments namely, Upholstery Group, Casegoods Group and Retail Group. The Upholstery Group manufactures and markets upholstered furniture to retailers. The products include recliners and motion furniture, loveseats, chairs, ottomans and sleeper sofas. The Casegoods Group sells manufactured or imported hardwood or hardwood veneer furniture to furniture retailers and the hospitality industry. The Retail Group sells upholstered furniture to end consumers through the retail network. The products include tables, chairs, entertainment centers, headboards, dressers, and accent pieces. Most of these imports are from the Far East. The Group operated in Israel and United States.
