| The Group's principal activity is to design, manufacture, market and service semiconductor test solutions. The products of the Group are used to test analog, digital and mixed signal integrated circuits. It also provides test systems, global applications consulting, repair services and operational support to its customers in over fifteen countries. THe Group's devices are incorporated in a wide range of products, including mobile internet equipment, broadband access products, personal communication products, consumer products and for power management. The customers of the Group include semiconductor designers and manufacturers such as ASE, Infineon Technologies, NationalSemiconductor, Maxim Integrated Products, Renesas, STMicroelectronics and Texas Instruments, use semiconductor test equipment to test devices at two different stages during the manufacturing process. The Group operates in the United States, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Philippines and other countries. |
