The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and sale of geothermal and water source heat pumps and air handling products and the manufacture and sale of chemical products . The Group operates in two segments: Chemical and Climate Control. Chemical segment manufactures and sells chemical products produced from plants in Texas, Arkansas and Alabama for the industrial, mining and agricultural markets. Climate Control segment manufactures and sells a broad range of heating, ventilation and air conditioning products for the niche markets it serve. These products are used in commercial and residential new building construction, renovation of existing buildings and replacement of existing systems. The Group operates in the Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, Europe, South and East Asia, Caribbean, Middle East and Other countries.
