| The Group's principal activity is to provide structural components, assemblies and kits to the aerospace, defense and technology industries. During 2007, the Group acquired D3 Technologies Inc and with this acquisition, the Group now has two business segments consisting of Aerostructures and Engineering Services. Aerostructures segment fabricates, machine, finish and integrate formed, close tolerance aluminum and specialty alloy components and sheet metal products primarily for large commercial, corporate, regional and military aircraft. It manufactures more than 30,000 products for integration into a variety of aircraft platforms manufactured by leading OEMs, and Tier 1 aerospace suppliers. Engineering Services segment provides prototyping and complex design and engineering services to the aerospace industry. It supports both military and commercial aircraft lifecycles. |
