| The Group's principal activity is that of a holding company. The Group invests in several sectors, real estate and forestry being the primary ones. The Group manages and develops residential and commercial properties in municipalities. The Real Estate portfolio consists of 139 wholly or partly owned investment properties and about 80 development objects, as well as a number of external management assignments. The group`s interest in the forest sector is carried out through the Holmen subsidiary, which produces paper, lumber and carton. The Group also has interest in investment companies, the building and construction sector as well as the production of pumps and doors. |
