The Group's principal activity is to supply electric power to residential, commercial and industrial users primarily in Kyushu area. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Electricity supply business; Energy related; Information & communication and Other. Electricity supply including nuclear power stations, thermal power stations, pumped storage hydroelectric power stations, alternative power resources; Information and Communications manufacture and sale of electric communications equipment, installation and maintenance, development, management and maintenance of information systems; Other operations such as electrical work, the manufacture and sale of electrical machinery and equipment, energy supplying and real estate leasing.
