Communication equipment produces personal hand phone system-related products. Fine ceramic application produces solar photovoltaic systems and micro drills. Semiconductor parts produce ceramic packages and packages for radio communication. Fine ceramic parts produces parts for information and communication, semiconductor manufacturing device and liquid crystal manufacturing device. Others is engaged in communication engineering, data center business and hotel business.
