The Group's principal activity is to offer tours and travel packages. The Group operates under two major segments, Leisure travel and Incoming. Under Leisure travel, the Group offers tailor made and customer arranged holiday packages. Under Incoming, the Group organizes and advises on land arrangements for groups, individual travellers, seminars, congresses and incentive tours and sports events. The Group operates worldwide. During the year 2008, the Group acquired Conference & Touring GmbH, Unique Travel GmbH, Golf Plaisir Resebyra AB, Direkt Reisen AG, Desert Adventures Tourism LLC, Carrier Ltd and Australian Tours Management Pty Ltd. The Group sold, Reisebuero Kouni GmbH and Edleweiss Air AG in 2008.
