The Group's principal activity is to offer care, attention and support to elderly people. The Group provides accommodation to old, able-bodied or dependent persons in its buildings and facilitates interactions among residents and their families. The Group also offers treatment of high-pitched and progressive psychical disturbances. The Group provides its services through its homes which are situated in France, Italy and Germany. During 2008, the Group had 216 facilities with a total of 19,850 beds. In 2008, the Group acquired Meit Park, Flora,Groupe Borango and Clinique Saint Antoine.
