The Group's principal activity is to provide solutions to infrastructural challenges in the maritime, coastal and delta regions of the world. It operates in three segments: Dredging and Earthmoving: construction and maintenance of ports and waterways, land reclamation, coastal defense and riverbank protection, offshore services for the oil and gas industry and others. Maritime Infrastructure: includes the Group's partnership with Archirodon through which it provides construction in the areas of marine and offshore, civil infrastructure and other industrial construction. Maritime and Terminal Services: includes the Group's partnership with Lamnalco through which it provides berthing/unberthing of LNG, LPG, crude and product tankers, Catenary Anchor Leg Mooring buoys and other services. The Group operates globally. In 2008, the Group acquired additional 50% interest in Dragamex and Codramex.
