| The Group's principal activity is manufacturing synthetic fibbers. It operates its business under three segments: industrial materials, film and chemical. The industrial materials segment provides tire cords, including polyester tire cords and nylon tire cords; yarns, such as ultra low shrinkage yarns, low shrinkage yarns and seat belt yarns for industrial use, and chamude, which includes staple fibbers, substrates and suede used in shoes, clothes and gloves. The film segment produces polyester films, nylon films, stamping foils, dry films and metalized films. The chemical segment offers hydrocarbon resins used in hot melt road making, adhesive types for offices, adhesives and printing inks. |
