The Group's principal activity is to provide of video, voice, data and advanced communications services to residential and business customers. It provides services through wholly owned, fully upgraded minimum 750 MHz interactive broadband network. It offers video services over network, telephone service over broadband network, Internet access using high-speed cable modems. As of 31-Dec-2008, the Group's network consisted of approximately 13,000 miles of network, passed approximately 919,000 marketable homes and served approximately 677,000 connections. It operates in the Southeastern and Midwestern regions of the United States. On 04-Jan-2008, it acquired Graceba Total Communications Group Inc.
