| The Group's principal activity is to operate international seaborne transportation of crude oil. It's activities are carried out through its wholly-owned subsidiaries. It's other activities include the ownership of subsidiaries engaged in the acquisition, disposition, ownership, leasing and chartering of the Vessels. The Group's current fleet consists of four double-hull VLCCs. Each of the Vessels is owned by a subsidiary and has been named and flagged in the Marshall Islands and is currently deployed on time charters operating worldwide. In addition to the VLCCs, the Group has contracted to acquire two Capesize bulk carriers currently under construction. |
