The Group leases and manages the real estate assets in its portfolio as well as on behalf of third parties. The Group's property assets are situated mainly in the Paris region and also in other parts of France. It also has operations in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Slovakia, Belgium, Slovakia, Greece and the Czech Republic. In 2008, the Group acquired Steen & Strom.
