Kingboard Copper Foil Holdings Limited (KBCF) is an investment holding company. The Company operates in two divisions: copper foil business and licence business. Copper foil business is engaged in manufacturing and trading of copper foils, polyvinyl butyral (PVB) resin and related products. Licence business is engaged in earning licence fee income from its licenced assets. KBCF is a subsidiary of Kingboard Laminates Holdings Ltd (KBL). KBCF has set up two principal manufacturing facilities in Fogang and Lianzhou, Guangdong province with an aggregate annual capacity of 66,000 tons of copper foil products. The Company’s products include STD copper foil, HTE copper foil, LP copper foil, coated copper foil and battery copper foil.
