Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Group's principal activity is that of a Real Estate Investment Trust. It is taxed as a REIT under Sections 856-860 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The Group owns, operates and develops office and industrial real estate, primarily in Southern California. The Group operates in two segments namely Office Properties and Industrial Properties. As of 31-Mar-2008, the Group's portfolio consisted of 86 office buildings and 43 industrial buildings which encompassed an aggregate rental space of approximately 8.1 million and 3.9 million square feet respectively. The Group portfolio excludes development and redevelopment properties currently under construction and lease-up properties. |
