The Group's principal activity is to provide multi-line financial services in the United States through the subsidiaries. The services include retail & commercial banking, commercial leasing, investment management, consumer finance & investment banking products & services to corporate, individual & institutional clients. It also provides other financial services both inside & outside its primary banking markets through non-bank subsidiaries, which include accident & health insurance on loans made by subsidiary banks, principal investing, community development financing, securities underwriting & brokerage & other financial services. It operates through 986 KeyCenters, a banking call center services group and offices and 1,478 ATMs in sixteen states.
