The operations are carried out through the following divisions: The Transportation division is engaged in the management and operation of railway stations, the passenger and chartered vehicle business and the taxi business; The Distribution division is engaged in the operation of department stores and shopping centers and selling of goods; The Leisure services division is engaged in the operation of hotels, restaurants, leisure facilities, golf courses, aquariums and amusement parks, as well as the provision of travel and advertisement agency services; The Real estate division is engaged in leasing and selling of real estate and The Others division is engaged in the construction, civil engineering, electrical facility business, the transportation equipment repairing, building management, information processing and driving school businesses.
