The Groups' principal activity is processing raw cowhides and wet blues into finished leather or fully assembled leather products. Operations are carried out through five segments: upholstered furniture, comprising leather and fabric upholstered furniture and furniture covers; furniture leather; automovitive leather; properties development; and others, including selling wooden frame and retail business). Other activity includes investment holding. Operations are carried out in the People's Republic of China.
