The Group's principal activities are researching, developing and commercialising medical devices. Its products primarily include non-invasive clinical solutions for patients with cardio-pulmonary disorders such as asthma, congestive heart failure (CHF), acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), emphysema, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The Group acquired PulmoSonix Ltd and Karmel Sonix (Israel) Ltd in 21 November 2006 and disposed of its interest in Advanced Wound Care Pty Ltd in 14 December 2006. It operates in Australia and Israel.
