The Company's principal activity is to operate paper, packaging, forest products and related industries, and looking for effecting a merger, capital stock exchange and asset acquisition. It produces and sells a variety of unbleached kraft paper, linerboard, folding carton board, saturating kraft, inflatable dunnage bags and dimensional lumber. We review our business based on the following operating segments: unbleached kraft, dunnage bags and lumber. On 01-Jul-2008, it purchased the Charleston Kraft Business from MeadWestvaco. On 31-Mar-2009, it has sold its Ride Rite division to Illinois Tool Works Inc.
