KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation (KapStone) produces and sells a variety of unbleached kraft, linerboard, saturating kraft and unbleached folding carton board in the United States and worldwide. The unbleached kraft segment consists of the Company's paper mills in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina and North Charleston, South Carolina, which produces unbleached kraft paper, linerboard, saturating kraft and unbleached folding carton board. These products are sold to customers who convert its products into end-market finished products. On March 31, 2009, the Company sold its dunnage bag business to Illinois Tool Works.
