The Group's principal activity is the manufacture and sale of cotton yarn, knitted fabrics and finished garments. The Group operates in two segments: Textiles and Real Estate. The Textile segment manufactures and sells cotton yarn, knitted fabrics and finished fabrics. Real Estate segment includes development of small to large-scale properties for use in the residential complexes, five star hotels, shopping malls, IT parks, multiplexes and warehouses across cities in Maharashtra, Punjab and the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
