The Group's principal activity is operating restaurants. Other activities include poultry processing plants, poultry retail and convenience food store chain, breeder farms, hatchery, feedmill, trading consumables, commissary, bakery and sauce manufacturing plant. The Group operates in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei Darussalam. The Group has 37 new stores in Malaysia, 8 stores in Singapore and 1 in Brunei Darussalam. It now operates 436 restaurants in Malaysia wherein 139 restaurants are offering 24/7 services. The New Primary Processing Plant in Bandar Tenggara, Johor is now fully operational.
