The Group's principal activity is to build single-family homes and commercial and high-density residential projects such as condominium complexes. It operates through two segments: Construction and Financial Services. The Construction segment acquires and develops land primarily for residential purposes and develops land primarily for residential purposes. The Group offers a wide variety of homes catering to first-time, first and second move-up and active adult buyers. It builds homes in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. The Financial Services segment provides mortgage banking, title, insurance and escrow coordination services to the Group's U.S. homebuyers. The Group operates in the United States.
