The Group's principal activity is to provide on-line curriculum and educational books and materials designed for students. It is the technology-based education company and it is for grades Kindergarten to grade-12. It also provides management and technology services to virtual public schools. It offers student account management system, teacher training programs, administrator support, and student placement support. It also sells their foreign language curriculum to third parties. Parents can purchase its curriculum and learning solutions directly to facilitate or supplement their children's education. In January 2008, the Group launched the K12 International Academy, a private school that operate using curriculum.
