The Group's principal activities are to market natural gas and electricity to residential and commercial customers and small to mid-sized commercial businesses. The Group is an open-ended, limited-purpose trust established under the laws of Ontario to hold securities and to distribute income. The customers of the Group include convenience stores, franchise restaurants and small manufacturers. It operating affiliates market natural gas to residential and commercial customers in Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia, Illinois, New York and Indiana as well as solely to commercial customers in Quebec. The Group operates in Canada, United States and Internationally.
