The Group's principal activity is to provide Internet infrastructure solutions to Internet service providers and other telecommunications service providers. The Group operates in three operating segments: Infrastructure and Service Layer Technologies. The Infrastructure segment primarily offers scalable router products that are used to control and direct network traffic from the core, through the edge, aggregation and the customer premise equipment level. The Service Layer Technologies segment offers solutions that meet a broad array of its customer's priorities, from protecting the network itself, and protecting data on the network, to maximizing existing bandwidth and acceleration of applications across a distributed network. The Group markets its products through distributors and value-added resellers.
