The Group's principal activity is retailing beddings and bedroom furniture. Operations are carried out through two segments: Bedshed Franchising and Bedshed Stores. Bedshed Franchising involves franchising Bedshed chain of retail bedding stores. Bedshed Stores involves ownership and operation of Bedshed retail stores including Clarkson in Western Australia, Elizabeth in South Australia, Bundall in Queensland and Cranbourne, Waurn Ponds, Bendigo and Shepparton in Victoria. It also engaged in renting investment properties under the sale agreement of the Foam Business.
