The Group's principal activity is to provide innovative automotive interiors that help make driving more comfortable, safe and enjoyable. It operates in three business segments: Automotive Experience, Building Efficiency and Power Solutions. Building Efficiency segment is engaged in the installation and service of control systems and also services mechanical equipment and other systems in non-residential buildings and for on-site integrated facilities management services. Automotive Experience group designs and manufactures complete seating systems, instrument panels, door panels, overhead systems, floor consoles and interior electronics. Power Solution manufacture of automotive batteries for the replacement and advanced battery chemistries for hybrids. The Group operates in Asia, Europe and South America.
