| The Group's principal activity is to provide innovative automotive interiors that help make driving more comfortable, safe and enjoyable. It operates in three business segments: Building Efficiency, Interior Experience, and Power Solutions. Building Efficiency segment is engaged in the installation and service of control systems and also services mechanical equipment and other systems in non-residential buildings and for on-site integrated facilities management services. The Group has International operations in Asia, Europe and South America. Interior Experience, and Power Solutions group designs and manufactures complete seat systems, seating components and interior systems for cars, light trucks and vans and the manufacture of automotive batteries for the replacement and original equipment markets. On March 2007, the group completed the sale of the Bristol Compressor business. |
