The Group's principal activities are operating departmental stores and real estate. The Group operates under the following divisions : Retail Trade and Real Estate. The Retail Trade segment covers a range of products and services. These include Jelmoli Zurich department store and shopping galleries; Molino restaurants; Beach Mountain, which sells hardware and sportswear for snowboarders, skateboarders and surfers, and Fashion Bazaars, which provides end-of-season brand articles at discount prices, as well as Via Bonus Card and Hotel operations. The Real Estate segment consists of a portfolio of shopping galleries and centers, sales floors and commercial buildings.
