It offer these companies capital markets, merger and acquisition, restructuring and other financial advisory services, and provide investors fundamental research and trade execution in equity, equity-linked, high yield and investment grade fixed income securities, as well as commodities and derivatives. It also provide asset management services and products to institutions and other investors. It also provides prime brokerage, correspondent clearing, securities lending services and client services. As of 31-Dec-2008 it has maintained offices in more than 25 cities.
