| The Group's principal activities are carried out through three segments: Shipbuilding, Offshore Shipping and Conventional Shipping. The Shipbuilding segment engages in building vessels from the Group's 2 shipyards in Singapore and Batam. This division also has an outsourcing arrangement with several shipyards in China. Offshore Shipping is engaged in owning and chartering out of offshore support vessels in serving the offshore oil and gas, marine construction, mining and harbour tug operations. The Group's Conventional shipping segment engages in owning and chartering containerized and general cargo vessels. The Group operates in Asia, America, Europe and other countries. |
