The Company also has a minority investment in Rothschilds Continuation, the global financial advisory company. In January 2011, Jardine Pacific’s wholly owned subsidiary, JOS, acquired the Information technology distribution businesses of SiS International Holdings in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
