| The Group's principal activities are to sponsor, market and provide investment advisory, distribution and administrative services. The Group provides investment management and administrative services to mutual funds, separate accounts and institutional clients in both domestic and international markets. It provides investment advisory services through its primary subsidiaries, Janus Capital Management LLC (JCM or Janus ex-INTECH) and Enhanced Investment Technologies LLC. The Group offers these services primarily to mutual funds in both domestic and international markets. During the second quarter 2008, the Group disposed of its Printing and Fulfillment operations. On April 9, 2008, the digital print operations were sold to Bowne & Co., Inc. |
