The Group's principal activity is to provide location-based services and wireless communications products. Location-Based Services include regionally-based stolen vehicle recovery (SVR) services, fleet management services and value-added services comprised of personal advanced locater services and concierge services. Wireless Communications Products include short and medium range two-way machine-to-machine wireless communications products that are used for various applications, including automatic vehicle location, automated meter reading and automatic vehicle identification. The Group operates in Israel, Brazil, Argentina and the United States.
