| The Group's principal activity is the wholesale distribution of petroleum and related products including liquefied petroleum gas. The Group's operations are carried out through the following divisions: Car life works, Industrial materials, Home life works and Trade. Car life works division is engaged in the manufacture and sale of gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, heavy oil, lubricant oil and automobile equipment, as well as the automobile inspection and the purchase and sale of secondhand cars. Industrial materials division sells asphalts and cements, as well as manufactures, sells and distributes natural gases and propellants.Home life works division sells liquefied petroleum (LP) gas, combustion and kitchen equipment, household equipment and precious metal. Trade division is involved in the import, export and domestic sale of petroleum products, chartering and operation of tankers, the export and sale of ship fuel oil, and the sale of lubricating oil. |
