| The Group's principal activity is to make majority or minority investments in small and medium sized listed and non listed public and private companies favouring their growth and development as well as offering contemporarily a complete range of advise concerning strategic finance. It aims at investments, also in very small companies in foreign markets, particularly in Eastern European countries. In April 2006 the Group changed its name from Centenari e Zinelli SpA to Investimenti e Sviluppo SpA and in October 2006 it also changed its business line from industrial activities in plastic materials and textile sector to investment activities. The Group's investments include Tessitura Pontelambro SpA and Pontelambro Industria SpA active in textile and plastic material sector. In October 2006 the Group acquired 100% of Kou Srl and later changed its name as Investimenti e Sviluppo Advisory Srl. |
