The Group's principal activities are to provide membership, rental and property management services to the vacation industry. It operates in two segments: Interval and Aston. Interval segment makes available vacation ownership membership services to individual members of its exchange networks. Aston segment provides hotel and resort management and vacation rental services to vacationers and vacation property owners. As of 31-Dec-2008, Aston provided management and/or sales and marketing services to 26 resorts and hotels. It operates in the United States, the United Kingdom and other international territories.
