The Group's principal activity is to provide communication and internet media services through 012 Smile.Communications Ltd. and Smile.Media Ltd. It operates in three segments: Traditional Voice, Broadband and Media. Traditional Voice services include outgoing and incoming international telephony, hubbing services for international carriers, roaming and signaling services for cellular operators and calling card services. Broadband services include broadband Internet access with a suite of value-added services, specialized data services, local telephony via voice over broadband, or VoB, server hosting and a WIFI network of hotspots across Israel. Media includes website content provision, operating portals, search engines, lead-generation, e-Commerce and paid content. The Group operates mainly in Israel.
