The Company's principal activities are builds, acquire and enhance branded websites in categories marked by consumer involvement, strong advertising spending and significant fragmentation in offline sources of consumer information. It operates in two segments: Consumer Internet and Licensing. Consumer Internet segment generates revenues through sales of online advertising and new car and automotive finance brokerage services, in various monetization formats such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per thousand impressions (CPM), cost per click (CPC), cost per action (CPA) and flat fees. Licensing segment generates revenue from the licensing of data and technology tools and services to automotive manufacturers and proprietary software for website communities. It currently grouped into five operating verticals: automotive, careers, home, shopping, and travel and leisure. It currently operates 80 principal websites.
